Returns and Refunds

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

If your hat arrives damaged, faulty or different from the design you ordered, please contact us so we can resolve the problem.

As our hats may be made to order using your selected flag design, some items may qualify as personalised or custom-made products and may not be eligible for cancellation due to a change of mind.

Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable consumer law, normally using your original payment method.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending it back so we can provide return instructions.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs, provided this has been explained before purchase.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from the design ordered, please contact us. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return postage costs where required.

Please use suitable packaging to protect the hat during return delivery and retain your proof of postage.

Personalised or custom-made items may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer law.

Each hat is prepared with care and made to your selected flag design. Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

UK Delivery

International Delivery

International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available. Customs charges or import taxes may apply.
